By accessing the j2l platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and j2l.

To register and maintain an Account on j2l, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
j2l reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts that do not meet these requirements. Any Funds in a closed Account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and j2l's internal policies.
Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on j2l. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. j2l is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j2l Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. j2l will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
j2l may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
All transactions on j2l are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). j2l supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at j2l's discretion.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. j2l reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits are generally credited to your j2l Account wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. j2l is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. j2l aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within the same business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
j2l reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, j2l may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account belonging to another person may result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
j2l may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused Bonus Funds will expire at the end of the promotional period.
j2l reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or any activity that j2l reasonably considers to be in bad faith. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct that j2l determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Players who have opted into a self-exclusion programme or who have set deposit limits that restrict their ability to wager are not eligible to receive or use Bonus Funds during the period of such restriction.
Each game available on the j2l platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. j2l is not liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
All random number generator (RNG) games on j2l are independently tested and certified for fairness by accredited third-party auditors. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment in a controlled studio environment. j2l does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, j2l's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. j2l will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical issues in a fair and timely manner.
j2l reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault that materially affects the integrity of the game outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j2l platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

All content on the j2l platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of j2l or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j2l platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the j2l platform without j2l's prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of j2l's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j2l shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the j2l platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
j2l's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the j2l platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
j2l does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. j2l will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude j2l's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
j2l collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at j2l.app/privacy-policy. By using the j2l platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
j2l may share your personal data with third parties where required by law, for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. j2l will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
j2l reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, j2l will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the j2l platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the j2l platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and j2l, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting j2l's customer support team. j2l will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
